We're looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist with proven experience running campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses. This role is responsible for owning performance, generating qualified leads, and continuously improving campaign results. You'll manage multiple client accounts, create compelling ad creatives, build and optimize funnels, and take full ownership of campaign ROI. You'll work directly with the founder and internal team.

We are looking for a senior engineer to take full ownership of our AI-powered web applications. You will report directly to the founder and operations manager. We have an existing India-based development team for our websites, but this is a lateral role focused on building our new AI team. This means full autonomy, real impact, and no corporate bureaucracy.
